HCA supports people in the parish of Hillside in caring for the community and the local environment. This has involved a number of initiatives – here’s one!
We had a summer ADVENTURE : The Hillside Bug Hunt
Throughout July and August 2021, we made bugs to survive the rain and hid them across the Parish of Hillside for children and the young at heart to find. We posted selfies on Facebook and then hid them again for someone else to find. Spiders made of pompoms, dragonflies made of cotton buds, ladybirds from yoghurt pots, and bugs painted on a stones….imagination ran free!
